Job Description This role will be supporting the US Army contract responsible to operate, manage, and defend the Army's NIPRNet and Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) CONUS portion of the GIG, and the NIPRNet and SIPRNet DoDIN-A. This US Army entity functions as part of a larger joint environment, responding to the Theater Combatant Commanders, the ARCYBER, and the Army Cyber Command's Army Cyberspace Operations and Integration Center (ACOIC), which operates the GIG in support of Department of Defense (DoD) operations around the world. During the life of this contract, requirement to support Army Network Enterprise management of OCONUS Theaters may be required. This position requires a highly-skilled experienced Network Senior SME with requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities outlined within this job description. Key Responsibilities Engineer and implement networks supporting internal and external customer requirements Troubleshoot complex information systems and/or information technology issues Provide escalation support for Operations troubleshooting engineering problems Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance on routers, switches, and firewalls comprising of network Work with circuit and colocation vendors for the implementation of new connectivity in support of business objectives Monitor and support the information technology and systems infrastructure Conduct proactive analysis of systems, identifying indicators of performance degradation and addressing discoveries through corrective action, systems improvement and/or training of Jr. technical staff Participate in engineering, customer and/or business meetings Travel to remote locations in support of business objectives Perform configuration changes on information security appliances (filters and firewalls) as directed Provide wireless telecommunications technical and strategic input and ensure compliance Provide review and writing support on technical data packages and documentation Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI Clearance Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) IAT Level II Baseline Certification (one of the following required:
CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security
CE, SSCP) Juniper Networks Certified Internet Specialist or Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate with 5 years of supporting a Juniper Networks based network Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field and a minimum of 5 years applicable information systems experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Knowledge of operating principles of wireless telecommunications systems and knowledge in concepts, characteristics, capabilities, and theoretical design of wireless telecommunications radio equipment Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a team-oriented environment Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with other IT professionals and end-users, and be able to present briefings to executive staff Ability to provide and maintain detailed documentation on each project and customer network Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously, routinely multitasking and reassigning priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness and commitment to ongoing learning and development Strong routing/switching experience Experience with ticketing systems Willingness to work outside business hours to support outages and planned maintenance tasks. Candidates that do not meet the minimum qualifications will not be considered. Preferred Qualifications Cisco CCNA/CCNP with 5 years of Cisco networking experience helpful Security

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
System & Network AdministrationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
